Jesus says we should love our enemies, but he’s got to be kidding right? Does that mean we ought to have love for terrorists, or even the killers of someone close to us. We explore how this saying of Jesus feels radical, offensive, and in the end, reassuring.

It’s easy to start neglecting church and our spiritual lives. In our final look at Nehemiah we find the people have neglected the temple, the sabbath, and their children’s education. As we begin the final chapter of Nehemiah, we find that instead of enjoying a well deserved retirement, he’s pulled back into action by the stupid actions of one of the priests. And so he flips out in anger.
